Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Zain3D LLC (“Zain3D”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit zain3d.com or use the Zain3D platform, SDK and API (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address and profile details when you sign in with Google or with an email code.
  • Access requests. What you enter in the request-access form, such as your name, organisation, role, email and how you plan to use Zain3D.
  • Content you provide. Images, videos, 3D models, robot descriptions (such as URDF, MJCF or USD files), task specifications and the scenes, simulations and trained policies created from them.
  • Usage and device information. Logs of requests to the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, errors and the time of each request, kept to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide the Service: reconstructing scenes, running simulations and training, and returning results to you.
  • To review access requests, create and secure accounts, and contact you about the Service.
  • To keep the Service reliable and safe, including debugging, preventing abuse and enforcing our Terms of Service.
  • To improve the Service. We do not use your private content to train models offered to other customers without your permission.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service and are bound to protect it, such as hosting, authentication, storage and cloud GPU providers (for example Vercel, Supabase, DigitalOcean, Microsoft Azure and RunPod), and email delivery. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Zain3D, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of the business.

Where information is processed

Zain3D is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We keep account information while your account is active. Content you upload stays until you delete it or close your account; we then remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, and from backups as they expire. Access requests are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of them.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls and signed, time-limited links to stored files. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing moses@zain3d.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The Service is meant for professionals, researchers and students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.
