Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use zain3d.com and the Zain3D platform, SDK and API (the “Service”), provided by Zain3D LLC (“Zain3D”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. A separate written agreement with Zain3D takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Accounts and access

Access to the Service may require approval. Keep your sign-in details and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at moses@zain3d.com about any unauthorised use.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the scenes, simulations and trained policies created from it for you. You give Zain3D the permission needed to host, process and display that content to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the rights to upload it, including any photographs or videos of spaces and people, and any robot models.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; to upload malware or content you have no right to share; to probe, overload or get around the security of the Service; to access other customers’ data; or to resell the Service without our written permission.

Our service and software

Zain3D owns the Service, including its software, pipelines, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use the Service and the Zain3D SDK for your own projects. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Third-party software and assets

The Service uses third-party simulators, models and 3D assets, such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo and Gazebo, and scenes and objects published under licences like Creative Commons. Those components stay subject to their own licences and credits, which we show where they apply.

Preview features

Some features are labelled alpha, beta or preview. They may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and are provided without any commitment to availability.

Fees

Paid plans, usage-based charges and compute credits are set out in your order or plan. Fees are non-refundable unless the order says otherwise or the law requires it.

Simulation results

Simulation approximates the real world. Results, scenes and trained policies from the Service do not guarantee how a real robot will behave. You are responsible for testing, validating and operating any real robot safely.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zain3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we stop offering the Service, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
